Youverse is the Shared Services Center of the Autostrade per l’Italia Group: a center of excellence providing high-value cross-functional services to the parent company and all Group companies.

What We Do

We support the core business of our client companies by ensuring efficiency, speed, and quality. We manage and develop the following services:

Anti-Corruption Guidelines

As a confirmation of its commitment to preventing and combating unlawful practices, Youverse has issued the Anti-Corruption Guideline, which consolidates, in a comprehensive framework, the principles and rules in force within the Group for the prevention and fight against corruption.

Compliance with the Guideline is mandatory for all its “Recipients”: namely, “members of the corporate governance and control bodies, all company personnel, Third Parties (such as, for example, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, etc.), and all those who cooperate with or act in the name of, on behalf of, and/or in the interest of the ASPI Group itself, at both national and/or international level.

Youverse obtained ISO 45001 certification in October 2025, demonstrating its continuous commitment to ensuring the prevention and protection of health and safety for employees, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
