Accounting services

The company provides a specialised accounting, billing, registration and administration of cash flows service using computerised systems that are continually updated and improved.

Among the main services:

  • management of the accounts payable up to the elaboration of the payment provisions.
  • statutory reporting in accordance with ITA GAAP and IAS / IFRS principles
  • invoicing and collections management
  • administrative management of incoming and outgoing cash flow.
  • complete management of master data suppliers and customers
  • tax bills management
  • general accounting and assets
  • support in the establishment of company organisational / accounting policies
  • ensures the storage of the mandatory accounting records
  • provides assistance to the customer with requests from inspection bodies and other bodies of internal and external control.

Youverse also provides consulting services on projects commissioned by the Company’s clients regarding ​​administration and accounting to the Group companies, both domestic and foreign.

Fiscal services

he company guarantees fiscal assistance to client companies on behalf of whom it also carries out substitute activities for the obligation for the submission of various tax declarations on business income, VAT, local taxes including also electronic transmission thereof. Preparation, management and preservation of mandatory VAT records and documentation.

 

Among the main services:

  • Determination of the current and deferred IRES / IRAP tax to the interim financial statements and the financial statements;
  • Liquidation and periodic payment of withholding taxes, VAT, Group VAT and other indirect taxes and local laws;
  • Preparation of statements / tax notices for IRES, IRAP, VAT, Group VAT,‘spesometro’, letters of intent, local taxes purposes, etc…;
  • Fulfillment of obligations for the payment of the virtual stamp duties;
  • Ensures the registration of contracts with the Inland Revenue and registration of real estate leases through the Entratel circuit;
  • Assists the company’s clients in the event of access, inspections and audits by the tax authorities;
  • At the request of the tax authorities, provides clarification, data and news, for the payment of taxes and for the formal control of declarations;
  • Provides data and assists the Auditing company and the Board of Auditors with respect to taxes;
  • Provides company customers with the information or reports of relevant data;
  • Prepares, manages and preserves documents and mandatory VAT records, also in substitute mode.

Credit recovery

The Company provides a specialised service in the field of debt recovery of a judicial and extrajudicial nature and customer assistance.

The Debt Recovery structure specialises in the management of large volumes of violations and is able to ensure the collection of tolls in accordance with the current regulations.

 

Services carried out on behalf of the customer companies:

  • Identification of the owner of the vehicle
  • Notification of penalties resulting from violations
  • Recovery activities including legal proceedings.
  • Debt recovery relating to the use of non-simultaneous securities managed by the Telepass company (tolls, ancillary services and service charges)
  • Customer assistance and management of relationships with the same within in the activities of Credit Recovery and Billing

 

In all debt situations, the customer may receive assistance by site, phone, letter and mail.

Personnel administration and Pay Roll

he company provides a specialised all-inclusive service for the administration of personnel and elaborates 84,000 payslips each year (since 2013).

It also manages the complex integrated system of services that involves all the accounting and financial processes connected with the administration of employees, constantly aspiring to the innovation and simplification of the processes.

  • The sector provides three lines of service:
  • Personnel administration;

 

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION Administration of non-managerial staff, external collaborators and members of the corporate bodies of the customer companies. Among the main services offered:

  • processing of payroll and related tax, security and insurance compliance;
  • processing of CUD and 770 forms;
  • administrative management of the ASTRI supplementary pension fund;
  • complete online management of the 730 tax returns form;

General and Real Estate services

The company ensures the “general services” of support and logistics to the customer companies, and at the same time ensures the real estate management of the offices in Rome and Florence in terms of maintenance and management.
