Compliance status

The website youverse.it is partially compliant with the requirements set out in EN 301549 (Chapter 9) and WCAG 2.2 (Level A and AA), due to the non-compliances listed below, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and its transposition into Italian law via Legislative Decree no. 106 of August 10, 2018.

Non-accessible contents

a) Non-compliance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

The portal currently presents some recurring non-conformities, regarding:

    • Missing level one headers on some pages.
    • Insufficient contrast between text and background colors in certain areas.
    • Keyboard focus not visible on some interactive elements.
    • Lack of error identification system in the contact form.
    • Semantic roles and ARIA attributes improperly used in some components.

Accessibility declaration

This statement was drafted on 22/12/2025, based on a third-party technical audit conducted on 19/12/2025. The accessibility audit was performed in a test environment and not in the production environment. This context implies some limitations in the overall evaluation of accessibility, as not all content, features, or configurations of the live environment may have been present or active. Therefore, any differences between the test and production environments – such as authentication flows, dynamic contents, updated elements, or third-party integrations – may impact the actual user experience and the effective level of WCAG 2.2 compliance.
